High voltage and low voltage switchgear maintenance and repair:
- Thermography and reporting by Certified Level I Thermographers using a Flir EX320 camera and Flir reporting software
- Circuit breaker maintenance, repair, and testing up to 6000 A
- Protective relay calibration
- Predictive, preventive, and routine maintenance of all switchgear components, motor starters, disconnects, etc.
High voltage and low voltage transformer maintenance, either oil-filled or dry:
- Turns ratio testing
- PCB testing
- Acidity testing
- Dielectric testing
- Overhaul and repair
Maintenance of emergency generators and automatic transfer switches:
- Routine quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance
- Full load testing up to and including 1000 kW
- Turn key procurement, installation, and testing of Generac Power Systems, Inc. equipment
